  1. RunesOfPower 
  2. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 
  3. This is my first attempt at creating a typeface, and it's 
  4. pretty crude all things considered, but it does what I want. 
  5.  
  6. It is a typeface that is similar to the Norse Runes, but not 
  7. identical.  It is the correct runes for Lorewardens/Priest 
  8. types as derived from the original Live Roleplaying Game, 
  9. Treasure Trap, from Peckforton Castle. 
  10.  
  11. I created it as I play in a system called Heroquest and I 
  12. intend to write up an immense ammount of the history of that 
  13. system in these runes.  (I've been playing for 5+ years in the 
  14. system doing 1 24 hour dungeon per month on average) 
  15.  
  16. Created using Corel Draw 3.0a 23-Aug-1992.  It was alos worked on a 
  17. little using fontmonger, whic is another excellent tool.  This font is 
  18. Registered, Copyrighted and Trademarked all mine (I've always wanted 
  19. to say that), however you may use it and abuse it as you want, 
  20. for no cost at all whatsoever, except for a credit in any work that 
  21. you use it in if that work derives you a profit.

  23. Upload it anywhere you want, modify it to suit your own tastes etc. 
  24. But if anything goes wrong, then you are on your own, no comeback 
  25. against me in any way shape or form whatsoever. 
  26. If anyone wants the artwork that went into making the font please 
  27. contact me, at the email address below and I'll see about sending 
  28. it to you, it's in .CDR format, but I can be persuaded to convert 
  29. it to others (but that might take a while....).

  31. The archive contains the font in both Truetype and postscript/ATM 
  32. format.
